Residents who qualify may opt to pay their moiety on a monthly basis, by means of a direct debit. There is no charge for this facility - those who avail of this extended credit facility pay the same amount as those who opt to pre-pay for the year, yet get to spread their payments out over a monthly cycle for a full year.
